3M™ Dielectric Tape 3514 features a double-coated, clear polyester film for dimensional stability and improved handling with ease of die-cutting and laminating. Tape 3514 features an acrylic adhesive that provides a combination of high wet grab and initial adhesion and good shear holding power to a wide variety of materials.

3M™ Dielectric Tape 3514 performs as a reliable insulator when used in conjunction with buses/foils in thin film solar panels. It consists of a polymeric film with acrylic adhesive on both sides. This tapes can be applied at high speeds using automation equipment, resulting in high productivity during panel manufacturing. Used with typical lamination processes and available in various formats to suit different manufacturing processes.
