3M™ Secondary Release Liner 5002D is a 2.0 mil clear polyester film (PET) with a double sided differential silicone release coating for creating self-wound rolls. The PET film provides high tensile strength and toughness to resist breakage and tear-outs during automated processing such as rotary die-cutting and laser converting.

A Differential Release Liner for Use with Firm Acrylic Adhesives 3M™ Secondary Release Liner 5002D is a clear polyester film (PET) release liner with differential silicone release coatings applied to both sides. This liner is excellent for creating self-wound rolls with firm acrylic adhesives. The 2.0 mil PET film liner is designed to provide high strength and toughness that resists breakage and tear-outs during rotary die-cutting and automated processing.
