3M™ Universal Electrosurgical Pads are designed to work with most electrosurgical units (ESUs) and most surgical applications where electrosurgery is utilized. The pads provide a safe return path for the electrosurgical current.

Offering effective performance in surgical diathermy, the 3M(TM) 9160 Series Universal Electrosurgical Pad ensures maximum conformability to the application site with its lightweight construction. The unique green safety ring maximises safety for the patient and allows universal orientation. It includes a strong yet gentle adhesive ensuring excellent skin to plate contact. 3M patient plates are compatible with most major brands of generator. Cables and adaptors are also available.
