It offers superior thermal conductivity and coil-bonding characteristics. The 3-ply composite construction makes the laminate suitable for Class 220® electrical insulation systems.
3M™ ThermaVolt TvFTv Inorganic Insulating Paper Laminate is ideal for ground, layer and interwinding insulation. The conjunction of ThermaVolt paper and 2 sides of polyester film make this laminate suitable for major high-temperature applications. The calendering process exhibits optimized thermal conductivity and inorganic content offers long-term voltage endurance. The tear-resistant, polyester-film reinforcement ensures enhanced mechanical strength to the paper. UL Listed, IEC Certified, RoHS and REACH Compliant.
