The polyester-film laminate offers high mechanical strength and allows convenient handling of manufacturing operations. The 3-ply composite construction makes the laminate suitable for Class 220® electrical insulation systems.
3M™ CeQUIN™ 30F30 Insulating Paper Laminate is ideal for a layer and interwinding insulation. The conjunction of CeQUIN™ 3000 inorganic paper and 2 layers of the polyester film make this laminate excellent for major high-temperature applications. It exhibits optimized thermal conductivity, long-term voltage endurance and coil-bonding characteristics. The tear-resistant, polyester-film reinforcement allows convenient handling of manufacturing operations. UL Listed, IEC Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant .
